QuickFix is a writing assistance tool that repairs existing text and generates drafts from short prompts. It is provided for personal and business productivity. We may improve, change or discontinue features.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, and able to form a binding contract. If you use QuickFix for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

• Do not use QuickFix to create unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory or sexually exploitative content.
• Do not use it to impersonate a person or organisation, or to produce deceptive material.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape or circumvent limits on the service.
• Do not submit personal data about other people that you have no right to share.

QuickFix produces drafts. You remain responsible for the accuracy, originality and permitted use of anything you submit. Follow your institution's or employer's policy on AI-assisted writing, verify all facts and citations, and do not present generated text as work you are required to author unaided.

You keep all rights to the text you enter and to the output you receive. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process your request and return a result. We do not use your text to train models.

The QuickFix name, icon, interface and this website are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated text can be inaccurate or incomplete; it is not legal, medical, financial or academic advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of QuickFix. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using QuickFix at any time by uninstalling the app and, if you created one, deleting your account. We may suspend access if these terms are breached or if required for security or legal reasons.
