Privacy Policy

QuickFix is published for Android by the QuickFix team. For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@aipromptlaunch.biz. We act as the data controller for the limited information described below.

Text you paste or type into Fix mode or Create mode is sent over an encrypted connection to a language processing service purely to produce your result, and returned to your device.

• We do not use your text to train models.
• We do not sell, rent or share your text with advertisers or data brokers.
• Session history in the app is cleared automatically when you close the workspace.
• Drafts you deliberately save stay in the app's local storage on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.

• Account information (optional): if you create an account, an email address so you can sign in and recover access.
• Diagnostics: anonymous crash and performance data used only to fix defects.
• Support correspondence: the content of emails you send us, kept only while your request is open.

QuickFix does not collect contacts, photos, location, health data, financial account details or device identifiers used for advertising. There is no advertising SDK in the app, and no purchase or payment processing on this website.

We process the minimum data needed to deliver the feature you asked for (contract), to keep the service secure and working (legitimate interests), and to meet legal obligations. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

We rely on a small number of processors: a language model provider for generating and refining text, hosting and content delivery for this website, and email delivery for account and support messages. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions, and text sent for processing is not retained for model training.

• Draft text sent for processing: held transiently to return the result, then discarded.
• In-app session history: wiped when the workspace is closed.
• Account records: kept while the account is active and removed within 30 days of a deletion request.
• Crash diagnostics: retained in aggregate for up to 90 days.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Under the CCPA/CPRA we do not sell or share personal information. Exercise any right by emailing privacy@aipromptlaunch.biz or by following the steps on our account and data deletion page. We respond within 30 days.

QuickFix is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital consent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to any stored account record is restricted to authorised personnel, protected by strong authentication and reviewed regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the data footprint deliberately small so there is very little to expose.

Our processors may handle data in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
