QuickFix does not require an account. Fix mode and Create mode are fully available immediately after install, with no login wall, no restricted area and no region lock — so every feature can be exercised on a fresh device.

• Optional sign-in: an email address and password, used only to sync saved drafts between your own devices.
• Forgot your password? Use 'Reset password' on the sign-in screen; a reset link is sent to your email.
• No verification email? Check spam, then email support and we will resend it.
• Want to remove a sign-in entirely? Follow the account and data deletion steps.

If you are reviewing the app and need written confirmation of access, email support and we will reply from the publisher address the same day.

• Output looks cut off — pick a longer length in Create mode, or split very long text in Fix mode.
• Result feels too formal or too loose — change the vibe between Professional, Casual and Academic.
• Nothing happens when you tap Rewrite — check your connection; processing needs the internet.
• Text disappeared after closing the app — session history is wiped by design; save the draft first.
